order tulips and recive lettuce. I pay 112 for my order and the send me one the usually sell for 49 usd. Stay away this people.

My flowers did not match the picture. They started true to their guarantee. They have me a full refund.

So I ordered flowers on 5/10 that were suppose to be delivered on 5/13, paid for them & they were never delivered. I called the 1-800 number and got no where. I don't even want to give this company 1 star

I don’t even give this company one star! I ordered birthday flowers one week prior but was never delivered!!! The only way to communicate with them was through a chat which got me nowhere!!!! I will NEVER use this company again and will NEVER recommend it to anyone! I can never get that 21st birthday flower delivery back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!’

I have order a bouquet of flowers for my new born niece and while the picture online showed a beautiful bouquet and a cute teddy bear they received this pathetically made bouquet and a white teddy, extremely disappointed! Just look at what it was supposed to be sent and what they received! Disgusting service not worth a penny! This site should be blocked! Oh and it seems you ca not submit your review unless you select a star, you don't disserve it!

Horrendous customer service... actually NO service. The flowers I ordered were never delivered.

Ordered flowers. No delivery by 3pm. I call, and they promise delivery in an hour. Still no flowers at 4:30pm. I again call. They tell me "one more hour," and am giving a 20% refund. 6pm STILL no flowers. I call and request full refund. I am given full refund - and then 6:30pm - the flowers show up and they look NOTHING like what I ordered (embarrassing as sent to client) -- cheap carnations with wilted other flowers. This is no florist. Buyer beware. Wish I could post pictures. Look elsewhere for examples.

Delivery never happened for 2 days. I called twice and chat texted once and they all assured me my flowers were in the van out for delivery. I got a refund because that's just bad business. Plus, I had to ruin the surprise by asking the recipient if she got them.

I wish I could have given negative 5 stars. The not cheap bouquet was ordered as same-day sympathy flowers to parents who had suffered a tragic event. The flowers were finally delivered 5 days late, wilted, without the card and the bouquet looked very little like the photo of what I was ordering. After 3 long phone calls with plenty of hold time, (*their customer service people were very nice*) and an equal number of false statements that "the flowers were going to be delivered on the same day," I was offered discounts when a full refund was requested. The day after my 3rd call I received a "20% off my next order" email and still no refund. They should be ashamed of themselves! I never write bad reviews but this company is TRULY. THE. WORST. FLOWER. COMPANY. EVER.

I order flowers 2 days before Valentines. Never delivered. Notice on my receipt that day of delivery was now change to the 16th. After Valentines. I need them for a get well on the 13th. And the price was higher than I ordered. Got a refund. But had to call around to get flowers delivered because now it was Valentines. Will never order again!

Paid $70 for 12 Roses that the petals were falling off of. I ordered a vase to come with flowers. No vase. I paid $70 to have to arrange flowers myself. I could gave gotten a better bouquet at the grocery store. Never again. Buyer beware!
